BLT Pizza - crescent roll dough topped with an easy Ranchy cream cheese spread, lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. Who wouldn't want to dive into this yummy open-faced sandwich?! YUM! Great for an easy lunch or dinner, potlucks, and picnics!
Equipment:
Cookie Sheet
Rotary Cheese Grater
Pizza Cutter
Ingredients:

(8-oz)
can crescent rolls
or crescent sheet
6-
oz
cream cheese,
room temperature
3
Tbsp
bottled ranch dressing
2
cups
shredded iceberg lettuce
2
roma tomatoes,
diced
1/2
lb
bacon,
cooked and chopped
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
2
green onions,
chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent roll/crescent sheet Pinch perforations to seal if using rolls. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly.
Combine cream cheese and ranch dressing. Spread evenly over baked crescent rolls.
Top cream cheese mixture with remaining ingredients. Cut into squares.
Notes:
Can use refrigerated pizza dough instead of crescent rolls.
Use bottled ranch dressing, not the dry mix.
